Our mission is to enrich the lives of youth and adults by providing innovative, impactful training that equips “new” and transitioning employees with the skills needed to excel in a global and constantly evolving workplace.

In the 21st-century workforce, success depends on more than technical knowledge. Employees must demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability, leadership, and emotional resilience. At T.R.E.I.N. Academy, we focus on developing both hard and soft skills to help participants show up confidently, navigate workplace challenges, and build meaningful, sustainable careers.

At BVOU (Best Version Of You), we aim to successfully address the behavioral symptoms prevalent in adverse behavioral health patterns, offering hope and optimism for a brighter future.

BVOU offers a range of professional care and supportive services, which we like to call “wrap-around.” These services are tailored to address individual needs, including childhood, young, and adult trauma, as well as other characteristics that affect an individual’s emotional well-being. 

These “WHOLE-istic” services include therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, and support managing stress or unresolved issues related to childhood, young-adult, and trauma.

Behavioral Health refers to the care of mental health, substance use disorders, and other behaviors that impact overall well-being. It encompasses a broad range of topics, including Case Management, Counseling, and treatment.

Mental health disorders - such as depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia

Substance Use Disorders (SUD) - including alcohol and drug addiction

Lifestyle behaviors - such as smoking, diet, and exercise

Social and emotional well-being - including coping with stress, managing relationships, and promoting resilience

Behavioral Health Counseling &Treatment

At BVOU (Best Version Of You), we have a Behavioral Health program that aims to improve individuals’ mental, emotional, and social well-being by providing diversion, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment services. The program recognizes that these factors are interconnected and influence overall health and quality of

life.

Clients

  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): designed to transition you to a more

    independent plan on your recovery journey.

  • Case Management/Service Coordination/Peer Support – provide goal-oriented

    and individualized supports focusing on improved self-sufficiency for the persons

    served through assessment planning, linkage, advocacy, coordination, and

    monitoring activities.

  • Court Treatment – providing comprehensive, integrated behavioral health services

    that work in conjunction with the judicial system. The purpose of CT programs is to

    appropriately respond to the abuse of substance use, mental illness, post-traumatic

    stress disorder, family problems, and/or civil judicial actions.

  • Prevention - proactive and evidence-based/evidence-informed, striving to reduce

  • individuals, family, and environmental risk factors, and achieve individual and

    comprehensive community wellness through a team or collaborative approach.

  • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) – worksite-focused programs designed to

    assist organizations in addressing productivity issues and employees in resolving

    personal concerns.

  • Substance Use Disorder treatment: recovery from opioid,

    drug, or alcohol addiction starts here. Each patient

    receives comprehensive care, free of judgment, which may

    include Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), peer support,

    and more.

  • Mental Health & Trauma Recovery: This personal journey

    involves whole-self counseling in 1:1, group, and family

    settings. Psychiatry services are provided for adolescents

    and adults with mental health concerns, including

    specialized trauma therapy and case management

    services.

  • Wellness focus: counseling undertaken by clients wanting

    to improve their physical and financial well-being. This can

    include fitness challenges and pilates sessions. The goal is

    to create a healthier, happier, and more productive

    workforce and lifestyle for the client.

  • Whole-person spiritual direction – serving the community

    by providing specific direction to help through faith in a

    higher power.
